Empresarios y propietarios del suelo conciertan la constitución de dos nuevas agrupaciones en torno al área de influencia de Mercalicante, y entre la Vía Parque y el cementerio, que suman 1,5 millones de metros. Su constitución permitirá optar a ayudas para financiar actuaciones de reurbanización y dotación de servicios.
ALICANTE. Empresas y propietarios del suelo en el entorno del Llano del Espartal de Alicante se aferran a las posibilidades que ofrece la ley 14/2018 de Gestión, modernización y promoción de las áreas industriales de la Comunitat Valenciana y optan por aliarse para propiciar la mejora de las infraestructuras de su entorno, y reivindicar sus necesidades ante la administración.
Ese objetivo ya se había conseguido en noviembre de 2024 con la constitución de una primera Entidad de Gestión y Modernización (EGM) identificada con la denominación de Ocaña Avanza, que agrupa un total de 39 fincas catastrales con 25 propietarios, y una superficie de conjunto de 282.297 metros cuadrados de suelo industrial en el ámbito urbanístico situado entre la carretera de Ocaña y la A-7. Y ahora se multiplica con el principio de acuerdo alcanzado este miércoles para promover la constitución de otras dos EGM más que completarían todo el ámbito territorial de ese sector.
En concreto, la iniciativa promovida por el equipo de gobierno (a través de la Agencia de Desarrollo Local Impulsalicante) y la Federación de Parques Empresariales de la Comunitat (Fepeval), permite el nacimiento de una primera agrupación de empresas y de dueños de parcelas asentadas en el área de influencia de Mercalicante. Se trata de un ámbito de un millón de metros cuadrados que abarca desde el recinto del clúster agroalimentario -que también formará parte de la EGM- hasta la avenida Mare Nostrum, en la que se agrupan varias empresas especializadas en el sector logístico. Entre ellas, se encuentra Amazon o Mercadona, con sus respectivos centros logísticos, por ejemplo.
Además, también se creará una segunda EGM identificada como Llano del Espartal, que se extiende sobre ambas vertientes del eje de la carretera de Ocaña hasta el cementerio y hasta el trazado de la Vía Parque: una bolsa de suelo de más de 533.000 metros cuadrados en los que se distribuyen alrededor de 200 empresas, en parcelas de menor tamaño, entre las que figuran desde talleres mecánicas hasta otros centros logísticos como el de Conway, por ejemplo.
Actuaciones particularizadas
Con su futura constitución, Alicante pasará a disponer de seis EGM, al sumarse a las ya creadas en las áreas empresariales de Las Atalayas, el Pla de la Vallonga y Aguamarga, al margen de la de Ocaña Avanza. Ese hito permitirá mejorar la coordinación entre el sector privado y el ayuntamiento a la hora de planificar actuaciones de reurbanización y de provisión de servicios en el conjunto de esas zonas empresariales, de forma que cada una de ellas pueda plantear los requisitos particulares que resulten indicados en cada caso. Y, con ello, optar a la concesión de subvenciones para desarrollar esas mejoras, como las que concede Ivace+I. Esa es, según fuentes consultadas, la circunstancia por la que se ha optado por segmentar el Llano del Espartal en hasta tres EGM distintas, puesto que cada una de ellas presenta una situación específica. Y, en consecuencia, demanda soluciones diferentes.
Por lo pronto, esa alianza empresarial ya ha permitido que comiencen a desplegarse proyectos de adecuación e inversiones, como la renovación del alumbrado público, la creación de zonas verdes y la provisión de sistemas de vigilancia en el entorno de la EGM de Ocaña Avanza, con una primera actuación que supondrá un desembolso de 578.597,01 euros. Además, la constitución de esa entidad también ha facilitado las labores de coordinación para zanjar la puesta en marcha de las obras de reparación de hundimientos en la UA-6 pendientes de ejecución desde hace cerca de trece años, cuando concluyeron sus obras de urbanización. Esa segunda intervención, ya avalada por el Ayuntamiento, conllevará otra inyección de 723.975 euros que correrá a cargo de los propietarios de los terrenos.
